At Blindfolded World, we believe in delivering quality, exclusivity, and transparency to our customers. Our brand operates on two models: pre-orders and pre-made products. Understanding the difference between these two order types is essential for ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

SECTION 1 - PRE-MADE ORDERS
For products that are pre-made and ready to ship, there is no production time required. These items are already in stock and can be processed within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. Once processed, they will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and customers can expect delivery within approximately 5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and location.

Since these items are immediately available, they are the best option for those who want their products delivered quickly. Tracking information will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.

SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER MODEL & ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES
Pre-order items are made-to-order and require additional time for production, inspection, and shipping. Since these products are crafted specifically for each customer, the production timeline can take anywhere from one to two months before they are ready for the next step.

Once production is completed, all pre-ordered items will go through a quality inspection process to ensure they meet our standards. This inspection period lasts up to five business days. After inspection, the product will be prepared for shipping and handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Customers should expect delivery within approximately 5 business days after the item has been shipped, depending on their location and chosen carrier.

We will keep all customers updated throughout the process, sending email notifications regarding order status, production updates, and tracking information once the product is shipped.

SECTION 3 - CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT PROTECTION
To protect both our business and our customers, we require all buyers to check a Terms & Conditions agreement box before completing their purchase. This ensures that each customer understands the pre-order model, production timelines, and shipping processes before making a commitment.

Because pre-orders are made-to-order and require a longer fulfillment time, customers may not request chargebacks due to impatience or misunderstanding. Any disputes or chargebacks that occur without valid reasoning will result in permanent removal from purchasing in the future. Shopify and other payment processors will be provided with proof of customer agreement should any disputes arise.

SECTION 4 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Blindfolded World is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments and ensure they are available to receive their delivery. If an issue arises where a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

For cases where a package is lost before delivery is confirmed, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine if a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, can be provided. However, final decisions on lost package claims are dependent on the carrier's investigation.

SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
For customers ordering from outside the United States, shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing. Additionally, international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These additional charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
